  • Jessica Newfield

    CO-FOUNDER & LEAD PRINCIPAL

    A values-driven, systems thinker, Jessica thrives off supporting innovators and entrepreneurs in cultivating the skills for the 21st century. With a diverse background in social innovation, community management, impact assessment, and participatory research, Jessica has worked with small to large-scale nonprofits, social businesses, management consulting firms, and SaaS and hardware startups to support collective impact projects.

    Her research and professional interests focus on the political economy of philanthropy and foreign aid, and examining the long-term effectiveness of development projects in achieving global climate targets and community resilience.

    Jessica is dedicated to using collaboration, co-learning and open data technologies to increase organizational capacity of mission-led organizations around the globe. She has worked in 18 countries and traveled to 40. She is trilingual in French, English and Spanish. The “Why” that drives her every day is cultivating the conditions for agency.

  • Olivia Zeydler

    CO-FOUNDER & LEAD PRINCIPAL

    Olivia is committed to connecting the local with the global, to ensure that supply chains are built to be resilient, equitable, and environmentally sustainable. In order to do this, Olivia seeks to equip local community and business leaders to develop strategies that build community resilience, identify innovative business models, and provide opportunities to allow everyone to pursue careers that uphold one’s dignity.

    Olivia’s current role at the World Economic Forum is enabling large-scale industrial and energy investments to a net-zero future and is learning the strategies to enable this industry transformation. Previously, Olivia worked in Central America & the Caribbean to facilitate the implementation of private investments in underserved, resource-scarce environments. Olivia holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s Degree from McGill University. She enjoys activities that spur her curiosity, including exploring, spending time outdoors, and learning new languages, where she currently speaks 4 languages: English, French, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.

  • Jeffrey Prost-Greene

    CO-FOUNDER & CONTRIBUTOR

    Jeff has 10 years of experience across a number of sectors: social enterprise, impact investing, sustainable and community development, and in founding his own social enterprise. He has worked both in the USA and South Africa focusing on integrating social innovation into public policy decision-making and building a more resilient social enterprise industry by developing innovative fund structures to launch and scale solutions to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. 

    His work in the social enterprise and impact investing fields has been recognized by Forbes, Halcyon Incubator, New Leaders Council, Startingbloc, Unreasonable, and the Middlebury Institute. 

    Growing up in Washington, DC and attending Public Schools, and traveling and working abroad has allowed Jeff to immerse himself in cultures, communities and academic settings with people from all walks of life. He's eager to continue to harness the knowledge, experience, skills, and energy of young people to address systemic issues plaguing communities and future generations.
